Sole designer in a multidisciplinary creative tech team, owning UX and UI end to end. Highlights: an in-store kiosk for Gamma that guides customers to the right product and eases the load on staff. For NS, I turned the wait between ticket and train into travel tips and upsell moments. I also facilitated client workshops, balanced user needs with business goals, and visualised pitch concepts for brands like Albert Heijn and Jumbo.
